ABOUT US - (PROGRAM MANAGEMENT UNIT)
Under the supervision of the National Information Technology Centre, the Prgram Management Unit assists the NITC in the overall management of the KS Program and ensures the smooth running of the day to day activities of the Centers.

The PMU:
  1. Assists the NITC with the set up and the establishment of new centers in all phases of the program.
  2. Ensures that the objectives of the program are being met.
  3. Ensures that the activities and training courses offered at the centers are carried out and implemented in accordance with the set time frames.
  4. Oversees the day to day activities of the KSs.
  5. Monitors and evaluates the KSs and their outputs.
  6. Carries out all necessary reporting requirements and submits them to the RCITCC and other relevant parties.
  7. Ensures the sustainability of the KSs and the program.
  8. Ensures the collaboration, information sharing, and networking between the KSs in order to create a solid national IT network system in the country.
  9. Responds to the requests from the RCITCC.
  10. Ensures that the requests of the KSs are met, and that all necessary arrangements are made in terms of maintenance of the centers and equipment, logistical issues.
